Our Solutions
The Launchpad (Tier 1)
This focuses on youth and young adults who have left school and are unemployed. A 12-day program focused on transforming a sense of failure into a portfolio of skills, value and a personal growth, career or business plan. This is where we directly tackle unemployment.
Adopt A School (Tier 2)
We work with a school, a grade or a class. Here we make our intervention accessible to many children. Where applicable, embedding our coaching curriculum into the school's guidance and counseling program, training teachers.

Preventative
Intervention: Here we intervene
early to build resilience, self-esteem, and a growth mindset and prevent a crisis before it happens.
Coaching
on identity, avoiding pitfalls (drugs, early pregnancy), and career pathing.

Our Programs

Frequency: A minimum of three powerful sessions per year, per school.
Primary
School: "Confidence Building Sessions"
We focus on self-esteem, emotional intelligence, social awareness, and resilience. These are interactive and activity-based.
High
School: "Future Vision Board Program"
The focus is on goal setting, future planning, and addiction avoidance. It includes a creative toolkit for students to map their dreams.

Leavers & Young Adults:
Personal Value Discovery and Creation
Our Flagship Program: This is where we directly tackle the unemployment crisis. Intensive coaching to uncover unique and innate talents, values, and passions. We target unemployed school leavers and young adults ages (18-35).
